My only home buying/selling experience was in 2005 when i bought my first home and in 2022 when i sold that home. I was terrified in both instances that i would do something wrong. Lisa Moore was wonderful in taking the time to explain how various pieces of the process work and managed to assuage my worries on multiple occasions. She has a calm, steadying and confidant approach that I am thankful for. I waited too long to list the house and caught the beginning of the downturn in the housing market but Lisa Moore was successful in helping me get it sold and for a 117% profit over the original purchase price from 2005. I would recommend her without reservation to any family or friends who are buying or selling. She was a Godsend for me!
